At Cidoroma, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and transparent. This policy explains how cancellations work for any orders, subscriptions, pre-orders, or “try before you buy” purchases.
Orders can only be canceled before processing or shipment.
Once your order has entered the fulfillment stage, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
If you’d like to request a cancellation, please contact support@cidoroma.com as soon as possible with your order number.
If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy for guidance on returning your item after delivery.
Some items may be available as a recurring subscription.
You’ll be billed based on the frequency and plan you choose at checkout.
Payments are securely processed for each renewal period.
Most subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime using the link provided in your order confirmation email or by contacting us.

When purchasing a pre-order, you’re reserving a product that’s not yet in stock or currently being restocked.
We may collect a partial deposit or full payment at checkout, depending on the product.
You can cancel a pre-order anytime before it ships for a full refund.
Once the item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — but you may still be eligible for a return under our Returns Policy.
If an item is marked as “Try Before You Buy”:
We’ll place a temporary authorization on your payment method before shipping your order.
You’ll have a set trial period (noted at checkout) to decide if you’d like to keep the product.
If you don’t return it within that timeframe, your payment method will be charged automatically for the full amount.
